Señor Pancho's mexican restaurant has a sizzling atmosphere seven days a week, right from when it opens at 11:30 a.m. each day. We have been a family dining hot spot since 1989 in Southbury and 2006 in Prospect. Senor Panchos has been a favorite place for locals to experience the taste and feel of old Mexico.

We still believe in old style recipes that have been around for centuries. Señor Pancho's chefs pride themselves on a variety of family recipes, including mild, tomato-based sauce, green tomatillo sauce, pumpkin seed sauce and a traditional Mexican favorite, mole sauce. The menu of authentic Mexican food consists of everything from meaty tacos to sizzling fajitas and includes traditional Mexican fish and shrimp dishes, as well as an extensive vegetarian menu.
